I love books.

I'm currently somewhere in each of the following books:

The Lovely Bones (thanks, Clairey), March, and The Interpreter of Maladies.

I never read more than one book at a time. If I do, I feel like I lose some of the purer essence of the mood of a book.

Anyone else reading anything currently?

  I just finished "reading" (listening to the audiobook) of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows... which means I've now read the first book and the last book and none in between. I'm starting the audiobook of HP6, cuz I'm weird and don't care about doing things in order.
  
  I'm also about 1/4 of the way into System of the World by Neal Stephenson. (He's my favorite author, but it's some heavy reading at times.)
  
  I need to read more. Perhaps I'll stop biking to work so I can read on the bus/BART.

  I started reading the Portrait of Dorian Grey (again) but I started cleaning for Shirley so I have no life right now. I'm looking forward to finishing it once that ordeal is over.
